When the contact form on this website is used, name and email address are collected to respond to coaching inquiries.

• Establishment of a coaching relationship (if applicable)

Data Retention
If a coaching client relationship is not established: Contact information is retained for 30 days from submission. After 30 days, if no coaching relationship has been established, information is deleted.
If a coaching client relationship is established: Contact information is retained per Client coaching agreement.
How Data Is Stored
Information is stored in Google Workspace, a cloud-based email and document management system. Google is contractually obligated to protect data in accordance with industry standards.

• Request access to your personal information
• Request deletion of your information at any time
• Opt out of further communications
